Life Support Courses
Cardiac or first aid
emergencies can occur at any time. According to the American Heart Association,
more than 90 percent of sudden cardiac arrest victims die before reaching the
hospital. Statistics prove that if more people knew CPR, more lives could be
saved. Aultman College Community Education offers a variety of American Heart
Association CPR and first aid courses designed for healthcare providers,
workplace first responders, and all community members who wish to be prepared
to save a life. Take a moment to determine which course meets your
personal or corporate training needs. For courses in which cards are issued,
completion cards are issued within 30 days of course completion.
This course is
designed for family members and friends of heart disease patients, as well as
members of the general community who wish to learn CPR, but do not require a
course completion card. This course provides basic CPR training in a dynamic
group environment using the research-proven Practice-While-Watching
