Campus Amenities

Dining: Aultman Hospital campus offers three dining options for all visitors and guests.

Season’s Café – located in the Bedford Building – offers variety of coffee and speciality drinks, salads, soups, Panini’s, sandwiches and desserts. Open Monday-Fridays 7am-1:30pm

Breakaway Café – located on the 2nd floor of the Hospital – main cafeteria with wide variety of drinks, coffees, grab-n-go items, grill, entrees, soups, salad bar, desserts and more. Open daily from 6am-1am

7th Street Café – located on main level of Hospital – offers full service meals and grab-n-go options. Open Monday-Saturday, 7am-10pm

Aully’s Nest: Check out the Aultman College logo store for all your ACCE course needs! Offers class supplies (binders, pens, paper), medical supplies and study materials, CPR books and tools, greeting cards, Aultman logo wear, snacks and drinks and more!

ACCE Office is located within the Aultman College Main Office on the 2nd Floor of Aultman HospitalParking

ACCE students can park in the Aultman Hospital Parking Deck located on 7th Street. Please bring your parking ticket to class to be validated.

Campus Security

 The Aultman Health Foundation maintains a 24 hour security force which includes safety monitoring for all students, employees and visitors.  Campus crime statistics are below national averages and are available to view on the College website. Security Officers provide escort service to accompany students and employees to and from their vehicles.  Call the Security Office at ext.36268 or 330-363-6268 if this assistance is needed.

Refunds

ACCE students will receive a 100% course payment refund if cancelation is received within three (3) business days of scheduled course. To cancel registration for a course, please call 330.363.6776. If cancelation is within three (3) days of scheduled course, students will not receive a course refund but have the option to register for a different course date and offering. Students will need to cover any price difference between newly selected courses if applicable. If the minimum number of students is not met for a specific course, ACCE will cancel the course and refund all enrolled students 100% of payment.

Course Cancellations

Students will be notified if an ACCE course is cancelled via email address provided upon registration. Students will receive a full refund for any ACCE course cancellation. For inclement weather closings, please refer to WHBC (AM/FM), WEWS News Net Channel 5 and or call the ACCE main phone line 330.363.6776. Courses cancelled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled or refunded based on faculty availability.

Course Completion Documentation

Course Completion Certificates are available upon successful completion of any ACCE course.  Completion certificates may be given at the end of certain classes. For any specific course completion document, please contact the ACCE coordinator at 330.363.6776.
