Faculty Contacts and Forms
One faculty member will be assigned to you and your student. The faculty member is always on-call by pager for every shift that the student is on the clinical unit.
The faculty member will visit the clinical setting and meet with you at least 1 time per week to discuss student progression (strengths, weaknesses, areas of concern).
Faculty will complete the student’s final evaluation tool at the end of semester with your input in their final clinical grade; either satisfactory or unsatisfactory.
