High school student or recent graduate:

3.00 minimum cumulative GPA

Testing scores - ACT composite - 20 or SAT combined - 940 (English, reading and math scores are evaluated for placement)
Post high school
- High school graduate or GED score of 2250
- 2.50 minimum college GPA
- Testing scores - ACT composite - 20 or SAT combined - 940 or ASSET 41 (English, reading and math scores are evaluated for placement)
Pre-requisites
- CPR Certification (American Heart Association Health Care Provider Course)
