Apply to Aultman College.
Step 1. Complete the Aultman College online application..
Click here to print the College Application.
Step 2. Submit your $30 application fee.
You may call 330-363-2834 to pay by credit card, mail your check payable to "Aultman College of Nursing and Health Sciences", or make a cash payment in the Main Office of Aultman College.
Step 3. Contact your high school and all colleges attended to have your transcripts mailed to Aultman College Admissions by the application deadline.
Step 4. If applicable, request to have your ACT/SAT scores sent directly to Aultman College. (ACT code: 3228; SAT code:3203)
