Congratulations on your acceptance to Aultman College! Here’s what you need to do next to become an Aultman College student. To make your admission as smooth as possible, please don't wait until the deadline to accomplish these important steps:
Get a jump start by scheduling your COMPASS testing now.

Deadline: Testing must be complete before Student Services appointment.
Fee: $20
Before you can be scheduled for courses at Aultman College, you must take the COMPASS Placement test. COMPASS testing is used by colleges around the nation to evaluate incoming students’ skill levels and ensure students are placed in appropriate courses. If you have undergone COMPASS testing within one year of your start date, you may submit those scores to Aultman College in lieu of taking the tests. If you have not undergone COMPASS testing, you may schedule and take your COMPASS tests at Aultman College before sending in your RSVP. You will receive your scores immediately following the completion of the exams. The scores will be used when scheduling your courses during your Student Services appointment. Or you may take your scores with you for use when scheduling courses at other institutions. (Please check with these institutions for their placement testing policies.)

The first step to becoming an Aultman College student is to return the RSVP form accompanying your acceptance letter. If you have applied for College admission and Nursing Program admission at the same time, we offer you the following options:
Option 1:
You may return the reservation form before receiving your decision letter regarding acceptance to the Nursing Program. This may provide you with an opportunity to get an earlier start on your beginning developmental or general education coursework at Aultman College.
Option 2:
You may wait to return your reservation form until you have been notified about the Nursing Program decision.
Complete the online criminal background check.
Deadline: Must be completed within a six month period before your first day of class.
Visit www.certifiedbackground.com and follow the instructions that were sent with your acceptance letter.
Complete the online Safety Education and Patient Privacy Self-Study modules and submit your post-tests.
Deadline: October 15 for students accepted into Nursing Program
December 15 for general education students

Schedule and submit the results of your Two-Part TB (Tuberculosis) test.

ACCEPTED TO THE NURSING PROGRAM.
Congratulations on your acceptance to the Aultman College Nursing Program! You are in for a challenging and rewarding experience as you prepare to become a registered nurse! In addition to meeting the College requirements above, please be sure to complete the following by the indicated deadlines to ensure final acceptance into the Nursing Program:
Return your Nursing Program RSVP and non-refundable reservation fee of $100
Deadline: October 1
Complete all aspects of the pre-admission physical, including immunizations
Deadline: October 31

You may submit the physical exam form filled out by your personal physician or schedule a complete physical exam at AultWorks. It is recommended that you receive the Hepatitis “B” surface antibody series. If you choose to decline the Hepatitis “B” surface antibody series, you must sign and submit the declination form.
Schedule urine drug screening through AultWorks.

Submit proof of current Health Care Provider CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
