New Student Orientation
Welcome to Aultman College! Please complete the following steps to begin your orientation to Aultman College.
STEP 1 – Sign up for an Initial Registration Appointment.

STEP 2 - Register for College Orientation.
All students are required to attend College Orientation. This event includes general college information, program-specific orientation, a college tour, and a review of the student handbook.
College Orientation dates are available on a first come, first serve basis. Students may bring a parent, spouse or guardian, if desired. Lunch is provided for all attendees.

STEP 3 – Activate Your College Email Address
Complete the following steps to activate your address:
1. Log onto http://www.mail.live.com
2. Your username is your firstname.lastname@aultmancollege.edu. Use your legal first name. (william.smith@aultmancollege.edu)Your temporary password is the semester and year you will begin classes, all lower case: ie spring2011 or fall2011
3. Once your account is activated, send a confirmation email from your Aultman College account to AultmanCollegeIT@aultman.com. (Questions or problems? Contact Jacqui Schmotzer at 330-363-1283.)
STEP 4 – Print and review the Orientation Manual.
The Orientation Manual will guide you through information and services that you should be knowledgeable about before beginning classes at Aultman College.
STEP 5 – Waive or Enroll in Student Insurance
All degree-seeking students are required to have health insurance and will automatically be enrolled in the AultCare student insurance plan. If you are currently enrolled in another insurance plan (either individually or through your parents or spouse), you MUST waive the AultCare insurance plan or you will be billed. Students must enroll or waive by the Add/Drop date of their starting semester. Click here to enroll or waive AultCare Student Health Insurance..
