Kristi is interested in community health and using evidence-based practice to enhance the health and well-being of our neighbors and communities. She has taught courses in community health, research and evidence-based practice, and nursing leadership. She is particularly interested in how partnerships between communities and nursing schools may benefit both community wellness and nursing education.
In her free time, she enjoys distance running, sports (especially if her kids or nieces and nephews are playing), and reading military and political history.
