Tuition FAQs
We know understanding tuition costs is an important part of planning for college. Our Tuition FAQs are designed to provide clear, straightforward answers to common questions about tuition rates, fees, payment options and other costs associated with attending Aultman College.
Explore the questions below to better understand your investment in an Aultman College education. If you have additional questions, our team is here to help you navigate your costs and plan for your education.
Each semester, after you register for classes, a statement is prepared for you based on the cost per credit hour and the amount of credit hours you have registered for. The statement is located on your student portal.
Students are only issued an invoice at their initial registration upon entering the college. It is the student’s responsibility to check their statement for any outstanding balances on their student portal each semester thereafter.
Students have 24/7 access to their account information via the student portal by accessing their statement, otherwise known as a ledger.
If students do not make timely payments, their schedules for the following semester may be dropped.
You can pay your bill in the Aultman College main office, or over the phone. We accept cash, check, and credit. (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover). The number to call is 330-363-6347.
Yes, you may setup a payment plan that breaks up your tuition over the current semester. Due dates for the payment plans are on the 15th of each month. If you would like to set up a payment plan, please contact the Associate Bursar. We recommend setting up a payment plan earlier in the semester so your balance can be broken up into as many payments as possible.
If you are waiting to pay your bill because you qualify for financial aid, we will not penalize you. If you believe that you will owe money, we advise that you meet with our Associate Bursar to set up a payment plan to pay the remaining balance after financial aid. Please be advised that financial aid is not applied until weeks 5-7 of the semester.
