Dave is new to Aultman College, starting in August of 2026 as Assistant Director, Student Success. Dave provides leadership and operational oversight for the Student Success Center and Library, including staffing, and the delivery of tutoring and academic support services. Dave collaborates with campus partners to enhance student success initiatives and develops community partnerships to support student needs. Dave also supports the Dean of Student Success by managing daily operations related to the student success division, assisting with conduct and Title IX processes, approving accommodations and providing leadership coverage as needed.
Dave holds a Masters in Labor & Human Resources, a Masters in Educational Policy & Leadership and as Bachelor's degree in English, all from The Ohio State University.
Dave has four kids and three grandkids with whom he loves spending time and having fun. He's an avid music fan and loves going to rock concerts, theater productions and seeing live music anywhere he can. Dave is a self-professed Star Wars nerd who loves Marvel movies and comic cons.
