Monica has been employed with Aultman Health Systems, having contributed in a variety of roles since 1998. She joined Aultman School of Nursing in 2002 and has remained with Aultman College since its inception in 2004, supporting the college’s operations and growth. As Assistant Director of Operations, Monica provides strategic oversight of campus operations, including safety and security, facilities management, and human resources. She plays a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a safe, supportive campus environment. In addition, she serves as the College’s Title IX Investigator and Anti-Hazing contact, reinforcing her commitment to student safety, equity, and institutional integrity.
Monica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Malone University.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Monica values time with her husband, two daughters, and granddaughter. She enjoys watching crime and reality television shows, working on puzzles and crafts.
