Schedule an Appointment with IT Staff
To ensure an IT staff person is available to meet with you for an on site visit, please email aultmancollegeit@aultmancollege.edu to schedule an appointment.
When requesting assistance, please provide:
- First and last name
- Application or software name
- Description of the issue
- Error message (if applicable)
- Contact information
- Campus PC users: Include the Computer ID (C-number on the desktop)
Student Responsibility and Accountability
Students are responsible for:
- Following all college policies for technology use
- Reporting violations of the Technology Resources Acceptable and Responsible Use Policy
- Using technology resources ethically and responsibly
- Limiting personal use of college technology—priority is given to academic and professional use
- Not using college technology for personal gain or solicitation
- Owning a personal device that meets technical requirements, fully charged for class activities
