Schedule an Appointment with IT Staff

To ensure an IT staff person is available to meet with you for an on site visit, please email aultmancollegeit@aultmancollege.edu to schedule an appointment.

When requesting assistance, please provide:

  • First and last name
  • Application or software name
  • Description of the issue
  • Error message (if applicable)
  • Contact information
  • Campus PC users: Include the Computer ID (C-number on the desktop)
 

Student Responsibility and Accountability

Students are responsible for:

  • Following all college policies for technology use
  • Reporting violations of the Technology Resources Acceptable and Responsible Use Policy
  • Using technology resources ethically and responsibly
  • Limiting personal use of college technology—priority is given to academic and professional use
  • Not using college technology for personal gain or solicitation
  • Owning a personal device that meets technical requirements, fully charged for class activities
