How can I check my bill?

Your bill is visible by logging onto the student portal.

When do bills typically post? When are they due?

A pre-bill is posted to your student account as soon as you register for courses, but is not made official until the day after add/drop deadline each semester. Bills are also due on add/drop deadline if you are paying out of pocket (i.e. no financial aid is being applied to your account).

If you need help figuring out your balance prior to add/drop or after financial aid is applied, please contact us for assistance.

 

How can I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill in the main office of the college in person or over the phone. We accept cash, check, and credit (Visa, Mastercard and Discover). You may also pay your bill on the student portal via PayPal, but please be advised there is an extra fee associated with this method of payment.

 

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. We can help set you up with a payment plan that breaks up your tuition over the current semester.

Due dates for the payment plans are on the 15th of each month. If you would like to set up a payment plan, please contact the Student Billing Coordinator to schedule an appointment to go over your ledger. We recommend setting up a payment plan earlier in the semester so you can break your balance into smaller payments.

 

What if my payment is late?

If you do not make timely payments, your classes for the following semester may be dropped. If you think this may happen, please contact us as soon as possible so we can meet with you and come up with options and a plan for payment.

 

What if I am waiting on financial aid?

If you are waiting to pay your bill because you qualify for financial aid, we will not penalize you. If you believe that you will owe money, we advise that you meet with the student billing coordinator to set up a payment plan to pay the remaining balance after financial aid. Please be advised that financial aid is not applied until weeks 5-7 of each semester. Visit the financial aid page for more information.
