You must complete all 3 parts of the admission process by the above deadlines
1 Submit AN Application FOR ADMISSION
Note that you will need to create an account the first time you log into the system. Once you have created an account and logged in, you will need to complete personal, academic, and emergency contact information.
2 Pay the application fee
You will l need to pay your $45 application fee (not applicable to College Credit Plus students) by the deadline. We accept:
- Paypal: Please click this link to visit the Aultman College Paypal page and enter the amount of $45. Follow the instructions to have your payment processed.
- Checks made payable to Aultman College. They can be dropped off to our main college office (hours Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.) or mailed to Admissions Office, Aultman College 2600 Sixth St. SW, Canton OH 44710.
- Credit card by calling the main office at 330-363-6347 (hours Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.)
- Cash in person at the Aultman College main office (hours Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.)
3 SUBMIT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
You must submit your official high school and college transcripts from all institutions you attended by the deadline.
For first-time freshmen: your high school transcript should display your official ACT/SAT score. If it does not, you can have those results sent directly to the college from the testing service by using the following codes: ACT: 3228, SAT: 3203.
Your official high school and college transcripts need to be sent as followed: sealed in separate envelopes, written in English, stamped with the official school seal, signed by the appropriate school official, and be printed on security sensitive paper. We also accept electronic transcripts sent directly from the official third-party vendor/issuing source, i.e. Parchment and Clearing House, etc. For electronic transcripts only, please use the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
