Dr. Reiman serves the role of Vice President of Academic Affairs. He is responsible for all academic activities of the college ranging from the integrity of the educational experience and academic strategic planning to faculty support and development, alongside continued excellence in programmatic and student learning outcomes.
Dr. Reiman comes to Aultman College after most recently serving as the Vice President of Academic Affairs for the College of Adult and Professional Studies at Indiana Wesleyan University. Dr. Reiman’s background in psychology, counseling, and human development is complemented by over 20 years of clinical and higher education experience. Highlights include serving as faculty and administrator at various levels in higher education alongside service as a peer reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission, North Central Accreditation, a program review consultant for the Ohio Department of Higher Education, and a site team visitor for the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs. Dr. Reiman earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology and Christian ministries from Malone University, his master’s in counseling and human development from Walsh University, his doctorate in counseling and human development from Kent State University, and his master’s in business administration from Western Governors University.
