Student ID Badges

During orientation, all students are issued an identification badge. These badges are to be worn at all times and provide entrance to the parking lots, fitness center, after-hours building and library access as well as the primary identification as an Aultman College student when in clinical areas. Students who allow others to use their badges will be in violation of policy and will be subject to disciplinary action. Any lost badges must be reported to the college office immediately to prevent unauthorized use of the card and/or a possible risk to patients. There will be no cost to students for their initial ID badge. Replacement badges can be ordered at a cost of $20 and may be paid for with cash, check or credit card.

A replacement ID badge is required in the event of the following and students will be charged a $20.00 fee payable by cash, check or credit card. Turnaround time for a replacement badge may take up to 48 hours.

  • A student loses, misplaces or forgot ID badge.
  • A student damages ID badge through misuse, negligence, or abuse.
  • A student alters ID badge through the application of stickers or pins, or the use of unapproved ID badge lanyards/holders.

Students will not be charged for replacement ID badges in the event of the following:

  • Physical badge failure that is unrelated to misuse, negligence, abuse, the application of stickers or pins, or the use of unapproved ID badge lanyards/holders.
  • Name change
